Glum in motion

Animated scene (AI-animated). The figure is real, the movement is animated.

What is said in the video

This is Glum. Seems sad. Might just be profound. From 3 to 10 centimetres. Small enough for the shelf. Big enough for drama. From €9.99. Come say hi. We don't bite. Mostly.

Character

Glum is a quiet Wompfel with a particular expression. He seems a little melancholy, but not heavy. More as though he feels things before others notice them.

He is a good collector's Wompfel for people who like character figures with a quiet effect.

What Glum looks like

Glum is blue-grey and covered all over in a rough, crater-like texture in pale grey, almost like moon rock. In the middle of his face sits a single large eye with an amber iris and a pink lid. Below it come a pink pig snout and a half-open mouth from which his pink tongue peeks out a little. Two broad, finely made ears with pink insides stick out at the sides. Glum sits upright, short legs in front, his thin arms propped at his sides.

Who Glum makes the perfect gift for

Glum is the gift for thoughtful people: for those who like to sit by the window when it rains, who prefer conversations deep rather than long, and who sense things before others notice them. He seems a little melancholy, but never heavy – more like a quiet companion for slow thoughts. He doesn't care for small talk, glaring rooms or hectic shelves, but he is very fond of patient people. As a gift, Glum says: I see that you look more closely. He suits the birthday of a quiet person, a new chapter, or a grey November day when someone deserves a companion with depth.

Where Glum feels at home

Glum's place is somewhere quiet: on the windowsill with a view of the rain, on the bookshelf between poetry and novels, or on the bedside table. Narrow windowsills suit 5 or 6 cm; on a shelf, 8 to 10 cm looks best. He gladly leaves bright, hectic spots to others.
